Meet Dr. Omar Hussien at Progressive Physical Therapy in Hinsdale, IL

Dr. Omar Hussien is originally from Egypt, where he attended Cairo University to obtain his Bachelor of Science in physical therapy. Dr. Omar continued his education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where he earned his Master’s Degree of science and Doctorate in physical therapy. He then continued his education through different avenues, obtaining membership of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Illinois Physical Therapy Association (IPTA), Vestibular Disorder Association (VEDA), and Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR).

Dr. Omar has 29+ years of experience in Physical Therapy, with special interest in balance & dizziness, arm & neck pain, migraines & headaches, and back & sciatica pain. He is the Founder and CEO of Progressive Physical Therapy, which he founded in 2007 to provide specialized one-on-one service to patients.

With backgrounds in home-health, clinical, and sub-acute work, Dr. Omar’s diverse experience helps him work with a range of patients. Dr. Omar currently resides in Orland Park with his wife, 4 kids, and two cats.
